How to Make Customers Feel They are On Your Team

Last week I talked about "creating a culture where people love to work and customers treasure doing business." Many people asked me to expand on the customer part. Adam Ferrari explains in this article, "You have to do more than just treat your customers well in order to cultivate a level of long-term commitment. You have to make them feel like they are an extension of your company as a whole."
